Our Story

Nahrung means nourishment

Nahrung is the German word for food and nourishment — and it is exactly what Jade set out to bake. What began as a family recipe shared with friends has grown into a little bakery built on one belief: food made with care feeds the soul as much as the body.

Every loaf is mixed by hand, baked in small batches and wrapped with love. No shortcuts, no fuss — just honest banana bread that tastes like home.
